Moist fluffy sponge cake that is the perfect balance between acidity and chocolate. The “red” in red velvet cake is caused by a chemical reaction between cocoa powder, vinegar, and vegan buttermilk. Our Red Velvet Cake is also made slightly brighter with the mild colouring of beetroot powder.

Our beautifully red sponge cake is then covered in a homemade vegan cream cheese frosting, and decorated with a chocolate drip and mixed berries.
