Earl Grey Chestnut Cake
A sweet Earl Grey sponge cake, infused with finely ground, loose leaf, and dried brewed Earl Grey tea, adding bits of chopped chestnuts for an extra layer of texture and flavour. This cake is then completely covered in the chestnut cream, made with roasted chestnuts grounded into paste and whipped with vegan cream and milk.
Two cake decorations are available: Fruits (figs) and chestnuts, or floral design.
