Starting from the bottom, we have a crunchy vegan cracker crust, wrapping the smooth and melt-in-your-mouth cheesecake filling, and topped with light creamy vegan whipped cream to make it complete! 


Ingredients: homemade vegan cream cheese (tofu, cashews, soy yogurt, vanilla, lemon juice), pumpkin puree, beetroot sugar, corn starch, lemon juice, unflavoured coconut oil, vegan crackers, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves
